About the Role
We are seeking a reliable Night Cleaner to join our Stewarding team, ensuring our kitchens, equipment, and dining areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation to prepare our Food & Beverage outlets for daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Deep clean and sanitize kitchen floors, walls, and work surfaces
- Clean and maintain heavy kitchen machinery, ovens, grills, and walk-in coolers
- Clean and restock the employee cafeteria area
- Sweep, mop, and polish designated sections of on-site restaurants
- Empty trash bins, clean grease traps, and ensure proper disposal of recyclables
- Follow all safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals according to health and safety guidelines
Requirements
- Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to perform repetitive cleaning motions
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
