About the Role

The Insights product is a new offering for Guidepoint's Institutional investment and corporate clients, providing teleconferences, surveys, and in-person events. The teleconferences are hosted in a transcript library portal covering a wide range of industries and topics to enable informed decision-making. Content features experts from Guidepoint’s global network and is conceptualized and hosted by former investment professionals, sell-side equity research analysts, and industry professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Team Leads to plan primary research content covering biotech and pharma sectors.
  • Lead interviews as a moderator with expert physicians, researchers, and industry executives from Guidepoint’s network.
  • Prepare for interviews by analyzing public company SEC filings, investor presentations, news releases, and Wall Street research reports.
  • Partner with the firm’s AI initiative to enhance, organize, and optimize library and corporate content for improved knowledge discovery, content intelligence, and strategic insights.
  • Advance to lead a team in a strategist role (for top performers).

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of sell-side or buy-side analyst or corporate experience or prior content generation experience.
  • Familiarity with pathophysiology and clinical aspects of diseases, and basics of mechanism of action of therapeutics.
  • Familiarity with commercial and business aspects of therapeutics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to speak with people at all professional levels.
  • Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to train and mentor junior professionals.
