About the Role

Atoms is building Physical AI—real-world robots for industries like food, mining, and transport. We integrate hardware, software, AI, operations, manufacturing, and real estate to create more reliable, scalable, and productive physical operations. Responsibilities

• Build and scale People infrastructure in a fast-growing, early-stage environment.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, guiding fast-moving decisions.
• Drive headcount planning and organizational design.
• Support client groups across multiple countries as a US-based partner.
• Help build the foundation for a high-volume hourly driver and field population.
• Use data to diagnose attrition and build employee engagement.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Requirements

• Approximately 7+ years of HR/People experience with a proven track record.
• A hands-on, scrappy builder energized by ambiguity and creating structure in an early-stage environment.
• Experience scaling a People function through high growth, supporting both exempt and non-exempt workforces.
• Experience supporting client groups in more than one country as a US-based leader.
• Familiarity with PEO/EOR models is a plus.
• Strong cross-functional partnership skills with technical and operating leaders.
• Familiarity with US employment law and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and move quickly with rigor.
