About the Role

As the Telco Sales Coordinator, you will assist the Store Management team with storewide objectives, focusing on the Communications department to ensure collective high performance and great customer experiences. You will achieve sales and profitability targets by training, coaching, and supporting the Communications Team, prioritizing customer needs. This role also involves leading merchandising standards and ensuring compliance with all Communications Department activities, including safety and incident reporting.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales and profitability targets for your store through ongoing training, coaching, support, and feedback to the store’s Communication Team, putting the customer at the center of everything you do
Lead and maintain the agreed communications department merchandising standards
Ensure all Communications Department activities meet compliance and legislative standards, with an emphasis on Safety, including in-store process and incident reporting

Requirements

Enjoy working in a casual and fun atmosphere
Proven retail experience
Broad knowledge of Telco
Proven customer service experience
Background in cash handling, including the use of EFTPOS facilities (preferably electronic POS systems)
Ability to sell retail products and merchandise
Ability to work both independently and as part of a consolidated sales team
Ability to work under pressure
