About the Role

Relocate to New York on a TN Visa to be at the centre of major Financial Markets where the opportunities for kdb+ are limitless. Responsibilities

Collaborate with business users to define new application requirements.
Develop, test, and maintain clean, performant code for client applications.
Support project delivery alongside Project Managers and senior developers.
Work as part of a close-knit team to deliver solutions on time and on budget.
Analyze large-scale time-series data and generate actionable reports.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of learning.

Requirements

2+ years of hands-on kdb+ development experience.
Solid understanding of q language and time-series data structures.
Experience working in Unix/Linux environments.
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with software development methodologies and the SDLC.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team.
Excellent client-facing communication skills.
