About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional leader to join our store as Store Manager. This is a career-making role where you'll be challenged every day to make a difference in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supported by strong leadership and an extensive support network.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage multiple levels of performance including sales and profitability, inventory and labour.
- Take personal accountability for the in-store experience and upholding the Good Guys brand to the highest standard.
- Grow your team through regular and systematic coaching and feedback.
Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience of leading multi-site or big box stores.
- Deep understanding of store operations.
- Proven track record of delivering profitable sales growth.
- Strong commercial acumen and a head for numbers.
- Confident and cool-headed under pressure.
- Persevering in the face of inevitable setbacks.
- Comfort with ambiguity.
- Ability to plan and set achievable goals.
