About the Role

As a Retail Team Member, you will create, support, and contribute to a high-performance culture, ensuring a great customer experience across the store. You will assist with customer-facing tasks and back-of-house operations, provide high customer service standards, contribute to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience through merchandising, and support efficient stock delivery and processing.

Responsibilities

• Helping across a number of areas within our stores from customer facing to our back of house
• Providing a high level of customer service standards including pre, during and post the sale
• Contributing to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience by assisting with merchandising of all products on the sales floor
• Supporting the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store, following store receiving processes

Requirements

• You have a passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances and/or games
• Enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated
• Customer focus and result driven
• You will be able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
