About the Role
Join an enthusiastic and dedicated talent team as a trusted talent advisor. You will support Greencross Vet clinics in sourcing and hiring General Practice Veterinarians for locations across New South Wales, ACT, Victoria, and South Australia. This role is ideal for a veterinarian, veterinary leader, or someone with recruitment administration/sourcing experience looking for a non-clinical role.
Responsibilities
- Support Greencross Vet clinics in sourcing and hiring General Practice Veterinarians.
- Partner with hiring managers across Australia to understand hospital needs, styles, and cultures.
- Deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
- Utilize video editing software to create engaging collateral for ads.
Requirements
- Passion for finding the right fit and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
- Enjoys talking to people and building relationships.
- High-level stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.
- Experience working to time-critical roles and volume recruitment is favourable.
- Experience in recruitment administration or sourcing (Talent Acquisition or Agency) is encouraged.
- Veterinary industry experience is welcomed.
- Veterinarian or veterinary leader experience is welcomed.
