About the Role
Assist the Store Management team with storewide objectives, ensuring a culture of collective high performance and great customer experiences across the store, with a specific focus on the Communications department.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales and profitability targets through providing ongoing training, coaching, support and feedback to the store’s Communication Team, putting the customer at the center of everything you do
- Lead and maintain the agreed communications department merchandising standards
- Ensure all Communications Department activities meet compliance and legislative standards, with an emphasis on Safety, including in-store process and incident reporting
Requirements
- Enjoy working in a casual and fun atmosphere
- Proven retail experience
- Broad knowledge of Telco
- Proven customer service experience
- Background in cash handling, including the use of EFTPOS facilities (preferably electronic POS systems)
- Ability to sell retail products and merchandise
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a consolidated sales team
- Ability to work under pressure
