About the Role

The Training Coordinator enables the safe, consistent, and sustainable adoption of the PIMS solution across clinics by managing the design, governance, and deployment of role-based training. Working within the Change Management function, this hands-on role ensures learning content is practical and deployment-ready, supporting clinics through readiness, go-live, and hyper-care phases.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate structured intake, prioritisation, and delivery of training aligned to rollout waves and system releases
  • Define and maintain ownership and decision rights across the training lifecycle
  • Ensure training artefacts comply with L&D standards and governance requirements
  • Maintain a forward view of training demand linked to program milestones
  • Develop and maintain role-based learning content including end-user guides, quick reference guides, and SOP-aligned workflows
  • Translate clinical and operational workflows into scalable learning material
  • Coordinate Subject Matter Expert review cycles to validate content accuracy
  • Continuously improve content based on rollout feedback and hyper-care insights
  • Prepare, structure, and deploy training content within the LMS
  • Track training completion and readiness metrics and escalate risks
  • Maintain version control and currency of published learning materials
  • Establish, onboard, and enable a network of Site SMEs
  • Act as the central liaison between Site SMEs and the program team
  • Support the transition from central training delivery to site-led capability
  • Provide hands-on support during pre-go-live readiness, training coordination, and hypercare
  • Contribute to rollout readiness assessments and go/no-go inputs
  • Develop and maintain SME-level understanding of Vetera and associated workflows
  • Support issue triage and escalation by providing system and process context

Requirements

  • Experience in training coordination, learning operations, or change enablement within a program or transformation environment
  • Proven ability to develop and deploy training content through LMS platforms
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities aligned to rollout schedules and milestones
