About the Role
As a Shuttle Driver, you will provide friendly, timely, and secure transportation for guests traveling to and from the airport. You’ll operate clean, well-maintained vehicles and serve as a key part of creating a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a shuttle bus while adhering to traffic laws and DOT regulations
- Transport passengers to and from designated locations on established routes and schedules
- Maintain accurate trip counts and required documentation
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues
- Keep the shuttle interior and exterior clean and orderly
- Deliver excellent customer service and address passenger questions courteously
- Assist passengers with luggage and belongings
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, guest ambassadors, and team members
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards
- Maintain a clean driving record
- Participate in required DOT and company training
- Report accidents or incidents immediately
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate
- Proven ability to maintain a safe driving record and adhere to safety regulations
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

- Ability to assist passengers with luggage or other belongings
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized vehicle
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (both written and spoken)
