About the Role

Deployment Strategists are responsible for turning customer conviction into reality by owning the post-sales journey for strategic accounts and leading their transformation. You will understand how enterprises build software, map Factory's role in their lifecycle, and drive adoption to make them power users and a stronger engineering organization.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship for accounts from deal close, partnering with Account Executive and Solutions Engineer.
• Immerse yourself in customer software development processes, identify friction points, and design deployment plans.
• Get customers live quickly and drive sustained adoption and consumption growth.
• Work with executives and users to ramp usage through creative, high-leverage methods.
• Build repeatable playbooks and automate operational work, monitoring consumption and intervening when usage dips or blockers arise.
• Embed with Engineering and Product teams to translate field insights into native Factory capabilities.

Requirements

• An extraordinary ability to take on open-ended problems in unstructured environments and drive them to a result.
• A strong technical foundation in the software development lifecycle and systems design.
• Ability to reason fluently about how enterprises build and ship software.
• A product manager's mindset: organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and able to rally engineers and stakeholders toward a solution.
• Sharp product intuition and real user empathy, with the credibility to work closely with engineers.
• A builder mindset; excited to help build the function, comfortable with ambiguity, and moves fast.
• Experience in a high-growth startup environment where roles are fluid and ownership is high is desirable.
