About the Role
Support and scale financial operations as the company grows. Work on the Finance and Accounting team to manage day-to-day AP/AR functions, maintain clean books, and help build the financial infrastructure for a fast-moving, regulated business.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and collections
- Support cash flow tracking, reporting, and financial record maintenance
- Assist with month-end close activities and financial record keeping
- Maintain accurate vendor and customer records and ensure supporting documentation is properly organized
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams to support financial and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in finance operations, accounting, accounts payable/receivable, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with financial data
- Experience with accounting software such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience working in a regulated industry, such as fintech, sports gaming, or cryptocurrency (Nice to Have)
- Previous experience at a startup or high-growth company (Nice to Have)
