About the Role

We are seeking a Private Markets Wealth Consultant specialising in private markets to join us on a 6-month fixed-term contract, bringing consultancy expertise to drive key strategic initiatives within our Wealth channel. In this role, you will leverage your experience in private markets, market intelligence and investment strategy to help shape and deliver innovative product solutions that drive future business growth.

Responsibilities

Work closely with Investment and Distribution teams, providing strategic advice on product design, structures and investment strategies tailored to the Wealth market, informed by client feedback and competitive insights.
Attend client meetings to offer expert guidance.
Analyse market trends and opportunities.
Support the development of product governance materials, ensuring all Idea and Feasibility stage requirements are met with appropriate stakeholder engagement and approvals.
Define product strategy.
Advise on optimal vehicles and characteristics.
Ensure successful delivery of private market products aligned to business objectives.

Requirements

Experience developing private markets products in the UK and/or European Wealth market is a must.
Strong experience in private markets investment strategies.
Proven experience in product structuring, particularly for the Wealth channel.
Strong market awareness, with ability to analyse trends and competitor landscape.
Effective stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

Salary/Compensations

Competitive salary (depending on skills, experience, and qualifications).
Discretionary bonus opportunity - depending on individual performance and Aviva Investors’ – pro rated to reflect the duration of the fixed term contract.
