About the Role
PC Financial is seeking a growth-oriented Digital Product Manager to lead the public website experience and digital growth platform capabilities. This role will own the website experience, content management ecosystem, campaign landing pages, personalization capabilities, SEO initiatives, and experimentation roadmap, working closely with Marketing, Design, Engineering, and Analytics teams to create engaging digital experiences that drive customer acquisition, improve conversion, and support business growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for the public website and digital growth platform.
- Define strategies that improve customer engagement, acquisition, and conversion performance.
- Lead initiatives focused on personalization, content optimization, and experimentation.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey across discovery and consideration stages.
- Own the website experience and content platform capabilities.
- Manage and optimize Contentful as the enterprise CMS platform.
- Partner with Marketing to support campaign execution, landing page experiences, and content delivery.
- Drive continuous improvements to website usability, performance, and content effectiveness.
- Lead personalization, and experimentation initiatives.
- Define hypotheses, measure results, and implement improvements based on customer behavior and performance data.
- Leverage analytics insights to improve traffic quality, engagement, and conversion outcomes.
- Drive website optimization initiatives that support acquisition goals.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog.
- Create product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead sprint planning and Agile delivery activities with engineering and design partners.
- Coordinate releases and ensure successful implementation of growth initiatives.
- Utilize GA4 and other analytics tools to monitor customer behavior and website performance.
- Develop data-driven recommendations that influence product and marketing strategies.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Design, Engineering, Analytics, and Business stakeholders.
- Communicate product priorities, roadmap updates, and performance outcomes to leadership.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of Product Management experience in digital products, web platforms, growth, e-commerce, fintech, banking, or related industries.
- Experience owning customer-facing websites or digital experiences.
- Experience working with CMS platforms such as Contentful.
- Understanding of SEO, personalization, digital analytics, and experimentation practices.
- Strong Agile product management experience including backlog ownership and sprint planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
