About the Role

Responsible for the delivery and budget ownership of customer technical fit-out and internal operational projects across Pure DC’s global data centre portfolio. Ensures all projects are planned and executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest technical and quality standards. Acts as the link between construction, operations, and customers, providing end-to-end ownership from defining scope and managing contractors to controlling budgets, mitigating risks, and maintaining clear stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

Manage the technical fit-out of customer spaces, including whitespace, office fit-out, structured cabling, and physical security.
Oversee customer operational projects, assisting with scope definition, quoting, purchase orders, contractor management, and project closure.
Support the Site Engineering Team with 'in-house' projects, providing advice and guidance for timely and cost-efficient delivery.
Take ownership of complex 'in-house' projects, such as office space re-designs, end-of-life-cycle replacements, and health and safety initiative building upgrades.

Requirements

Experience in project management within a data centre or similar technical environment.
Proven ability to manage budgets and control project costs.
Strong understanding of construction, operations, and customer requirements.
Excellent stakeholder communication and risk mitigation skills.
