- Own the campaign workback plan, building, maintaining, and communicating realistic and up-to-date timelines.
- Manage the integrated briefing and service request process, ensuring clear and accurate briefs for specialist teams.
- Run stakeholder communications and status updates, flagging risks and resolving blockers.
- Coordinate multiple specialist teams simultaneously (social, paid media, events, D&I, etc.), ensuring smooth handoffs.
- Track execution progress across all campaign activity.
- Identify and proactively resolve delivery risks and dependencies across workstreams.
- Support tracking and reporting on campaign production spend, assisting with purchase orders and budget administration.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of campaign execution processes, templates, and ways of working.
- Apply Gen AI tools to streamline briefing, project documentation, status reporting, and workflow management.
Requirements
- Solid experience managing integrated marketing campaign execution across multiple disciplines or service lines.
- Ability to build and own a structured, sequenced, and clearly communicated workback plan.

- Understanding of how different marketing disciplines work and what good execution looks like.
- Comfortable working fully remotely and managing delivery across distributed teams.
- Experience supporting project-level budget tracking and financial administration.
