About the Role
AECOM is seeking a Roadway Contract Administrator to join our team. This is a newly created, full-time position focused on assisting the Project Management team with contract administration for MTO projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Management team in reviewing and implementing RFIs and change orders.
- Review project costs and scheduling to ensure project completion within budget and in conformance with specifications.
- Utilize document control systems, project management systems, and other software or databases to maintain up-to-date and accurate information flow.
- Attend meetings and report on project tasks as needed.
- Monitor design changes, contractor, and sub-contractor activities and progress.
Requirements
- University Degree in Civil Engineering + 4 years of experience on MTO projects OR College Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology + 6 years of experience on MTO projects.
- OACETT Registration Road Construction Contract Administrator (RCCA) or PEng in ON.
- Successfully completed Ministry of Transportation T131 Advanced Claims Dispute Resolution training.
- Familiar with CMS.
- Proven ability and experience in successfully administering highway/structure construction contracts.
