Responsibilities

• Provide and collect pharmaceutical information to healthcare professionals, contributing to patients through high-quality service.
• Analyze the assigned territory market using internal and external data to develop strategies and action plans for sales expansion.
• Develop realistic action plans that effectively utilize appropriate resources.
• Promptly execute approved action plans, verify results, and apply learnings to future activities.
• Proactively plan and conduct informational sessions for appropriate drug use.
• Organize and execute lectures and events when deemed necessary for healthcare professionals.
• Adhere to promotion codes and guidelines when providing information to healthcare professionals.
• Continuously self-study market trends, laws, regulations, and business environments, as well as the latest medical information and treatment methods in the relevant field, utilizing external resources.
• Report various information obtained during sales activities through daily reports and other required company formats.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an MR (Medical Representative).
• Experience in Hematology or Oncology is desirable (2+ years).
• Proficiency in general PC skills (MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience calling on university hospitals or major regional hospitals.
• Experience in new drug adoption activities.
• Willingness to relocate nationwide.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
