About the Role

Allergan Medical Institute (AMI) is seeking a talented Sr. Training Manager to play an integral role in the development, execution, and advancement of educational engagement programs for AMI Training Centers. The role focuses on enhancing customer education and training initiatives within the aesthetics field.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate AMI Immersive customer training programs in Austin, TX.
• Develop and manage AMI Training Center programs to meet customer and sales team needs.
• Develop and implement customer engagement strategies, focusing on the end-to-end customer experience.
• Manage in-classroom technologies and engagement strategies, including content development.
• Partner with AMI cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and agency partners to develop and execute training programs, identifying efficiencies.
• Collaborate with the field team on program communications and initiatives.
• Manage program reports and field communications.
• Develop and facilitate workshops for key sales team meetings.
• Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, providing feedback and making adjustments.
• Address issues promptly and ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners for seamless program integration.
• Foster a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge of Allergan Aesthetics products, platforms, and loyalty programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Role is based in Austin, TX.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 3+ years of experience in customer education training is required.
• 4+ years of experience in Medical Aesthetics, Medical Device, or Pharmaceutical Sales and/or Marketing is required.
• Flexibility in work hours and extended hours during program/event days (including weekends) is required.
• Ability to travel up to 30%+ domestically (including overnight) is required.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Perform all duties in compliance with appropriate regulations and international regulatory requirements.

Skills

• Experience in facial injectables is strongly preferred.
• Experience in instructional delivery and content/workshop development.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Comfortable with various training methods and integrating technology into training initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal/relationship building and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High degree of flexibility in adapting to a rapidly changing environment.
• High level of accountability, reliability, agility, and responsiveness.
• Keen eye for detail and enthusiasm for creating engaging training experiences.
• High-energy, self-motivated, and task-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
