About the Role
The Sr Inside Sales Business Development Manager is a revenue-generating position responsible for quarterly sales quota attainment for the Facial Aesthetics portfolio and for managing and enhancing portfolio growth through phone-based business development activities.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales quota across the portfolio.
- Execute marketing plans effectively.
- Independently create call and business development plans.
- Demonstrate adaptability and creativity with multiple initiatives.
- Focus sales processes on business growth and relationship building.
- Manage sales quota attainment and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate consistently with Regional Manager and Inside Sales Area Manager.
- Manage sample allocation, place orders, and provide marketing materials.
- Assist accounts with marketing strategies.
- Lead execution on campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.
- Train accounts on Allergan programs and other sales initiatives.
- Develop product knowledge to serve customer needs and identify new opportunities.
- Educate customers on product indications, contraindications, and safety.
- Proactively solve customer problems to exceed expectations.
- Identify growth opportunities, including expanding customer base and product utilization.
- Educate and support customers with marketing strategies (website, social media, branding, etc.).
- Pre-plan sales calls and manage time efficiently for maximum customer contact.
- Maintain updated industry and competitive product knowledge.
- Maintain compliance with quality and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with Regional Manager, field reps, and Inside Sales Area Manager to drive sales objectives.
- Cultivate relationships and collaborate on growth opportunities.
- Cover leaves of absence and vacant territories by developing and negotiating coverage plans.
- Attend sales training and sales meetings as required.
- Complete administrative responsibilities, including presentations and expense reports.
- Represent the Company with high integrity, ethics, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism.
Requirements
- Must be a resident or relocatable to Austin TX area.
- Must be able to work one of the specified shifts.
- Two or more years of relevant sales experience required.
- Track record of earning strong commissions required.
- Ability to work independently required.
- Highly organized required.
- Superior communication skills required.
- Ability to travel by air and/or car up to 15-20% of the time.
