About the Role
The Sr Inside Sales Business Development Manager is a revenue-generating position responsible for quarterly sales quota attainment for the Facial Aesthetics portfolio and for managing and enhancing portfolio growth through phone-based business development activities.
Responsibilities
- Achieves sales quota across the portfolio.
- Executes marketing plans.
- Creates call and business development plans independently.
- Demonstrates adaptability and creativity with multiple initiatives.
- Focuses sales processes on business growth and relationship building.
- Manages sales quota attainment and customer satisfaction.
- Communicates consistently with the Regional Manager and Inside Sales Area Manager.
- Manages sample allocation, places orders, and provides marketing materials.
- Assists accounts with marketing strategies.
- Leads execution on campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.
- Trains accounts on Allergan programs and other sales-related initiatives.
- Develops product knowledge to serve customer needs and identify new opportunities.
- Educates customers on product indications, contraindications, and safety.
- Proactively solves customer problems to exceed expectations.
- Identifies growth opportunities, including expanding customer base and product portfolio utilization.
- Educates and supports customers with marketing strategies, including website and social media development.
- Pre-plans sales calls and manages time efficiently for maximum customer contact.
- Maintains updated knowledge of the industry and competitive products.
- Maintains compliance with all applicable quality and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborates with Regional Manager, field reps, and Inside Sales Area Manager to drive sales objectives.
- Cultivates relationships and collaborates on growth opportunities.
- Covers leaves of absence and vacant territories by developing and negotiating coverage plans.
- Attends sales training and sales meetings as required.
- Completes administrative responsibilities, including presentations and expense reports.
- Represents the Company with high integrity, ethics, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism.
Requirements
- Must be a resident or relocatable to Austin TX area.
- Must be able to work one of the specified shifts.
- Two or more years of relevant sales experience required.
- Track record of earning strong commissions required.
- Ability to work independently required.
- Highly organized required.
- Superior communication skills required.
- Ability to travel by air and/or car up to 15-20% of the time.
- Knowledge of Inside Sales selling skills and business environment.
- Skill in managing time effectively.
- Ability to work independently and plan extensively to meet goals.
- Ability to maintain accuracy, consistency, and quality in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
