- Ensure and oversee all store operational tasks.
- Manage Omni-Channel systems.
- Serve and build relationships with existing and new customers.
- Ensure efficient inventory management and active floor management.
- Collaborate with departments such as Retail Operations, Retail Buying, and Visual Merchandising.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in textile retail.
- A motivating, self-confident personality.
- High social competence.
- Team spirit and a hands-on mentality.
- Analytical understanding for KPI evaluation.
- High affinity for sales and strong organizational talent.
- Good English and PC skills.
