About the Role

CredLens is seeking a detail-oriented, production-savvy Designer to join our mission-driven team. This hands-on role focuses on maintaining quality across our established design systems, component libraries, and brand templates. You will work closely with our design lead to produce polished, on-brand assets while evolving your creative ownership over time.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine screens, flows, and UI elements for core software using Figma.
• Maintain UI consistency and identify gaps in the design system.
• Support product and engineering teams with design updates and production-ready assets.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools like Claude for UX/UI ideation and concept testing.
• Build and maintain Webflow pages, including content updates and performance optimization.
• Resize, adapt, and optimize digital assets for web use.
• Produce polished slide decks for executive and client presentations.
• Translate complex data and research into clear, visually organized presentations.
• Manage and update a library of reusable slide components.
• Create print-ready files for brochures, event materials, and signage using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.
• Coordinate with print vendors for specs, proofing, and delivery.
• Maintain an organized, version-controlled asset library.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional design experience.
• Working proficiency in Figma, including component libraries and design systems.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience or strong aptitude for learning Webflow.
• Solid fundamentals in layout, typography, and color.
• Strong organizational habits with a focus on clean files and clear naming conventions.
• Portfolio demonstrating care, craft, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Washington, DC.
