About the Role

Argus Search is a specialized HR and Finance recruitment consultancy connecting top talent with leading companies in Berlin. We are exclusively representing a client seeking a motivated individual for the Junior Finance Consultant role.

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored financing solutions for IT infrastructure in collaboration with internal experts.
• Advise international companies at the intersection of IT, Finance, and Procurement.
• Create and implement efficient concepts, processes, and practical solutions with stakeholders from IT, Procurement, and Finance departments, alongside experienced project teams.
• Analyze complex financial, technical, asset, and contract structures using internal tools to identify optimization and savings potential, and present findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with internal specialists and client-side decision-makers to ensure successful project implementation and advance modern IT financing solutions.
• Prepare price and cost calculations.
• Support tender processes, including preparing documentation, coordinating with vendors, and structured bid evaluation.

Requirements

• Completed university degree with an economic focus (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering) or equivalent commercial professional experience.
• Initial knowledge in one or more of the following areas is advantageous, but not mandatory: Consulting, Project Management, IT/Finance.
• Interest in IT infrastructure, finance processes, and new technologies.
• Analytical thinking with a strong affinity for numbers and processes, combined with communication skills and organizational talent.
• Ability to structure complex issues and think across contexts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with project management tools.
• Very good German language skills.
