About the Role
As a Strategic Resourcing Services Consultant, you will drive and grow the strategic staffing business in Toronto. You will lead the services sales process, scope new work, prepare budgets and pricing, deliver proposals, and coordinate the transition of engagements from sales to service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Increase Strategic Resourcing profitability and revenue in assigned global financial accounts and regions.
- Drive regional business by building relationships and selling strategically to close new business.
- Negotiate and correct behavior that falls outside of best practices.
- Create cost estimates and pricing for Strategic Resourcing engagements.
- Establish and maintain contact with assigned clients.
- Develop relationships with key clients aligned with overall account strategy.
- Identify client internal issues and develop solutions using professional services methodologies.
- Educate internal account teams and clients on Strategic Resourcing and best practice methodologies.
- Negotiate fulfillment options with all parties.
- Qualify business opportunities internally and externally to determine viability.
- Identify and overcome internal and external hurdles hindering the sales process.
- Develop creative solutions and roadmaps to overcome business obstacles.
- Maintain and resolve issues, questions, and concerns throughout the business lifecycle.
- Communicate regularly with internal and external teams regarding projects, potential business, and status updates.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in high volume full life-cycle staffing agency recruiting/sales.
- Proven record of accomplishment selling to Fortune 500 accounts.
- Demonstrated success building and closing sales.
- Ability to negotiate mutually agreeable outcomes in complex project/program scenarios.
- Consulting experience leading major change efforts, preferably in strategic staffing/resourcing.
- Excellent communication and verbal skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Ability to travel.
- Thorough planning and organizing abilities.
- Must have ability to exercise good judgment with demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Must already live in or near Toronto, Canada.
