About the Role
The CRM Executive drives client engagement and commercial performance by planning, executing, and optimizing CRM activities. This role combines campaign delivery, client journey management, and data-driven insights to enhance the client experience, improve retention, and support revenue growth through cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of CRM campaigns, including EDM calendar management and deployment
- Coordinate with copywriting, translation, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency
- Monitor competitor CRM activity and industry best practices
- Develop and implement a test-and-learn roadmap to optimize campaign performance
- Plan and deliver client lifecycle journeys across key touchpoints
- Act as a super user for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud
- Prepare and present weekly CRM performance updates to stakeholders
- Maintain CRM database hygiene, segmentation quality, and data health
- Support UAT testing and CRM platform enhancements
- Deliver regular and ad hoc reporting on client KPIs and campaign performance
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for commercial decision-making
- Analyze client data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities
- Partner with IT and data teams to enhance reporting frameworks and dashboards
Requirements
- Proven experience in CRM, marketing, or data analysis
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud
- Advanced Excel skills
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and planning skills
- Clear and confident communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of luxury client experience and expectations
- Commercially minded with a data-driven approach
- Collaborative, curious, and proactive mindset
- Successful completion of background screening including criminal check and qualification validation
