About the Role

Snowflake is seeking AI-native thinkers to power the era of the agentic enterprise. The RVP, Priority Support Engineering - EMEA will own paid support offerings end-to-end for their region, leading a team of Designated Support Engineers (DSEs) and driving proactive, advisory-led customer engagements. This role is crucial for transforming premium support into a measurable lever for workload health, consumption growth, and long-term customer value, leveraging AI to anticipate risk and scale insights.

Responsibilities

  • Build deep technical and executive relationships with strategic customers.
  • Ensure paid support programs meet customer needs for current and future workloads.
  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction, retention, and successful post-sales delivery of paid support engagements.
  • Lead the DSE team's contribution to the proactive, advisory-led support model.
  • Collaborate with reactive support leadership to ensure strong delivery health for paid support accounts.
  • Partner with Snowflake field teams on post-go-live consumption health and identify growth opportunities.
  • Own executive sponsorship and customer narrative for at-risk paid support accounts.
  • Own the regional sales cycle for paid support programs.
  • Partner with Sales VPs and Solutions Engineering Directors to position paid support programs.
  • Lead the Go-to-Market motion for paid support in the assigned region.
  • Articulate the value of paid support to customers and Sales counterparts.
  • Define and operationalize the handoff from pre-sales to post-sales production support.
  • Communicate pipeline activity to Global Support leadership and regional Sales leaders.
  • Accountable for regional revenue targets for paid support programs.
  • Build, hire, and lead the regional Priority Support team.
  • Recruit and develop talent, coaching front-line managers.
  • Communicate forward demand to Resource Management and Delivery.
  • Establish operating cadence, including forecasts and business reviews.
  • Contribute to the development of paid support program policies, procedures, and pricing.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching.
  • Lead the DSE team as an AI-native function, setting the standard for AI-augmented engagement delivery.
  • Demonstrate detailed Snowflake product knowledge.
  • Understand the technical complexities of the modern data and AI cloud.
  • Provide strong consultative skills and understanding of paid support engagement models.

Requirements

  • Sales-minded leader with 10+ years in enterprise customer-facing roles, with a track record of either leading a paid support/premium services organization OR selling/positioning technical solutions in a senior field role.
  • Proven track record owning or carrying a revenue target tied to attach, expansion, or renewal.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing a multi-layered organization in a high-growth SaaS or cloud environment.
  • Knowledge of the data warehousing, data management, analytics, AI, and/or cloud computing space.
  • Experience selling and positioning technical solutions to enterprise customers and managing commercial targets.
  • Comfort operating inside transformation, moving a team from one operating model to another.
  • Executive-level communication and customer-facing presence.
  • Comfortable with Salesforce or other leading CRM tools.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams or running customer engagements using AI-native or AI-augmented approaches.
