About the Role

Responsibilities
- Independent planning and execution of animal-assisted interventions in individual and group settings.
- Working with adult patients with various psychiatric conditions, including those in acute stages of illness.
- Regular participation in team meetings and close collaboration within the interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Completed training in animal-assisted therapy.
- Knowledge of psychiatric conditions is necessary.
- Flexibility in therapeutic interaction with psychiatric patients is essential.
- Cooperative and patient-oriented work style.
- Enthusiasm for developing new ideas.
- Christian values and willingness to actively support the diaconal mission of our work.
