About the Role

Deliver exemplary customer service to maintain customer loyalty. Work with ushers and ticket takers throughout the event, assist Security in access control positions, and adapt to customer needs ensuring they are understood and appropriate action is taken to meet and exceed their expectations. Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation and assist guests with any questions or needs.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must pass a pre-employment background check.
Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs+ and occasional sitting.
Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays, including late evenings.
