About the Role

The Administrative Support Coordinator in Flight Operations is a dynamic role responsible for maintaining operational efficiency through organization, communication, and problem-solving. This position requires an active approach to supporting floor operations while managing administrative tasks in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain aircraft library for accuracy and compliance
  • Control distribution of company publications
  • Perform logistical tasks including tracking, control, and coordination of aircraft-related operations
  • Resolve and respond to internal and external customer inquiries
  • Liaise with internal and external customers and support departmental staff
  • Coordinate aircraft maintenance arrivals and manual recovery
  • Organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines while maintaining confidentiality
  • Administer and comply with company policies, government regulations, and collective agreements
  • Maintain a flexible approach to support team and operational needs
  • Respond to operational issues and changing priorities
  • Work in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety and efficiency

Requirements

  • High School graduation
  • Minimum 2 years of office experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to meet Transport Canada security requirements
  • Ability to obtain a Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC)
  • Ability to obtain an Airside Vehicle Operator's Permit (AVOP)
  • Eligible to work in Canada
