About the Role

Lead our Housekeeping team to deliver exceptional standards across guest rooms and public spaces. Create an environment where your team feels supported, motivated, and empowered. Drive operational excellence, manage budgets, and ensure guests experience the unmistakable Hoxton touch.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests experience spotless and well-put-together rooms.
• Lead and inspire the housekeeping team by example.
• Maintain high standards for bedrooms and public areas through SOPs, training, and checks.
• Actively participate in team development.
• Collaborate with other teams (Front Office, Maintenance, R&B) to create a memorable experience.
• Partner with external housekeeping providers.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping experience at a similar level.
• Experience with hotel openings is a plus.
• Natural ability to lead and manage others, leading by example.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Positive impact on people, leaving memorable experiences.
• Willingness to be hands-on and adaptable.
• Ability to work differently and try new things.
• Desire to be oneself in the workplace.
• Team player who works hard, supports others, and has fun.
