About the Role

Citywire is seeking a Relationship Manager for its Citywire RIA business line to grow its network across the US by developing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers at wealth management firms and engaging them with content and exclusive events.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with RIAs across the country, establishing and maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Gather and analyze market insights about our RIA audience to better tailor our content and events.
  • Identify and recruit CIOs and investment research teams at RIAs to attend our high-profile retreats in the USA.
  • Collaborate with our events team to manage the planning and execution of our events.
  • Maintain and update our database of registered RIA users on HubSpot.
  • Engage with readers through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, video calls, emails, and social media.
  • Conduct research and contribute regular features for the Citywire RIA website.
  • Regularly post on social media to build the Citywire RIA brand and highlight your engagement with the industry.

Requirements

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and meet competing deadlines.
  • A self-starter who works well independently and in a team.
  • Confidence in speaking publicly and presenting in front of an audience.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the US.
  • Comfort with using LinkedIn and Twitter to engage with industry professionals.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Office Suite, and Google Suite.

Salary/Compensations

  • $65,000 - $70,000 per annum

Benefits

  • 20 days holiday per annum, increasing to 23 days after three years' service, and 25 days after five years' service, in addition to federal and state holidays.
