Lead a team to create a vibrant and welcoming downtown experience by overseeing an Ambassador program, managing daily district operations, and driving program improvements.
Responsibilities
- Hire and train a positive, skilled, and dependable team.
- Adjust resource deployment to meet changing needs.
- Identify and solve problems to enhance program quality.
- Procure and manage inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Report outcomes through various channels, including spreadsheets, Kronos Timekeeping, and budgets.
- Provide hands-on field management, coaching, mentoring, and continuous training.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security operations, facilities operations management, event management, or public spaces administration.
- Advanced client relationship management skills.
- Strong managerial skills.
