About the Role
Structure Tone Southwest is seeking a talented marketing professional to join their team. This role is crucial for promoting the company's 360° services and supporting capture planning and proposal development.
Responsibilities
- Actively learns about Structure Tone Southwest’s portfolio, services, and market needs.
- Provides marketing support for key initiatives through creation of brochures and other materials.
- Coordinates development of non-proposal support materials, ensuring message consistency and adherence to brand standards.
- Applies knowledge of Structure Tone Southwest’s overall service offerings and strategic initiatives.
- Maintains marketing plans with BD representatives to promote additional marketing 360 efforts.
- Supports and leads pursuit teams in implementation, learning and applying process/principles.
- Contributes to proposal content and leads level of effort (LOE) 2 & 3 proposals and collateral pieces.
- Supports action planning and progress tracking.
- Conducts research to identify best Structure Tone Southwest qualifications and competitor information.
- Works with Creative Services to generate graphics and layout for marketing products.
- Responds to requests for information and client research assistance.
- Helps to create and maintain well-organized, accessible, up-to-date qualifications statements, project descriptions, and resumes.
- Updates resume and project descriptions in Cosential and shares unique content through AdobeCC or boilerplate library.
