About the Role
Buena is acquiring property managers across Germany and transforming them into technology companies, aiming to simplify and bring transparency to the real estate market. We are seeking individuals who are passionate builders to help us achieve this mission.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship product features end-to-end, from ideation to rollout and iteration.
- Own product areas and contribute to architectural decisions for system evolution.
- Enhance performance and reliability across core systems.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate operational workflows into software.
- Shape engineering culture through practices, standards, and workflow optimization.
Requirements
- Shipped and operated production web applications end-to-end, comfortable owning features from idea through deployment and iteration.
- Proficient in TypeScript with strong experience in React and Node.js or comparable modern full-stack environments.
- Ability to independently design, build, and deliver features with minimal guidance, including making pragmatic product and technical decisions.
- Understanding of modern web systems, including APIs, frontend state management, and backend architecture.
- Demonstrated ownership, speed, and comfort with decision-making in ambiguous situations.
