About the Role

Versana is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented UX Designer to support fast-growing product and engineering teams. Reporting to the UX Lead, this role bridges the gap between design, business, and technology by conducting user research and executing design deliverables while maintaining the design system and UX standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product team to gather and understand requirements
• Design wireframes and create interactive prototypes
• Execute usability tests, analyze results, and provide actionable insights
• Develop user personas based on research data
• Map user journeys to identify pain points and opportunities
• Communicate research findings and design solutions to stakeholders
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Work outside standard business hours during infrastructure upgrades or releases

Requirements

• BS or BA in human-computer interaction or user experience
• 3+ years of UX design experience
• Ability to navigate multiple products and stakeholders
• Ability to balance creativity with UX standards
• Strong UX research skills
• Knowledge of WCAG guidelines
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to partner with internal teams
