About the Role
Join TFE Hotels as a Sales Executive in Berlin, where passion meets performance. This role involves managing sales activities for four hotels across Berlin and Leipzig, focusing on corporate, group, and long-stay segments. You will nurture existing client relationships, acquire new business, convert leads, and build lasting partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Manage sales activities for three hotels in Berlin and one in Leipzig.
- Support sales activities in the Corporate, Group, and Long Stay segments.
- Develop existing customers in close collaboration with the Commercial Team.
- Acquire new customers.
- Convert leads into bookings.
- Build strong, sustainable customer relationships across the entire portfolio.
Requirements
- First experience in sales.
- Willingness to take the next step in your career.
- Enjoy working hands-on as well as with numbers, reports, and administrative tasks.
- Communicate fluently in German and English.
- Feel comfortable in professional customer environments.
