About the Role
Provide technical, clinical, and sales support for the launch and adoption of the EP mapping and navigation system (Affera) and all products within the Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) business. Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and execute strategies for growth. Offer overall technical, clinical, and educational support for the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and all CAS products.
- Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on technical matters relating to CAS products and related procedures.
- Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures.
- Understand and support national, regional, and territory sales objectives to achieve or exceed sales goals within all CAS products.
- Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business.
- Work in partnership with Account Manager, Regional Manager, and Area Directors to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Collaborate and strategize with local sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and other CA Solutions products.
- Collaborate and communicate with the sales and clinical teams in the region.
- Serve as an effective Medtronic CAS representative to physicians and support staff regarding Medtronic CAS products, service, and support.
- Serve as a regional champion to share experience and influence others to be proficient in the mapping technology.
Requirements
- Must reside within the territory.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must have active vehicle insurance policy.
- Driving record will be reviewed and considered as part of the application.
- Ability to travel more than 75% of the time.
- Ability to be independently mobile.
- Ability to interact with a computer, and communicate with peers and co-workers.
- Ability to stand/sit/walk for 8 hours a day.
- Must comply with all credentialing requirements at the hospitals or clinics they support.

Experience Level
- Minimum of 8 years of work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation (High school diploma)
- Minimum of 6 years of work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation (Associate degree)
- Minimum of 4 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation (Bachelor degree)
- Minimum of four years work experience in cardiac field, hospital/clinic or sales (B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or technical discipline)
- Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, in a hospital/clinic or EP medical sales providing technical / clinical support.

Salary/Compensations
- $135,000-$140,000
