About the Role
As a Project Management Team Lead, you will ensure successful project delivery while leading and supporting a team of Project Managers and Project Coordinators. You will collaborate with the VP Project Management to drive operational excellence, foster collaboration, and ensure consistent project delivery standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support Project Managers and Project Coordinators.
- Oversee team workload, project delivery performance, and resource allocation.
- Support the professional development and performance management of team members.
- Ensure consistent application of PMO standards, processes, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the VP Project Management on priorities, ways of working, and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to improve project management processes, efficiency, and collaboration.
- Act as an active contributor to project delivery, supporting key projects and stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative, engaged, and high-performing team environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management, project delivery, or a related leadership role.
- Previous experience leading, mentoring, or developing Project Managers and/or Project Coordinators.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and delivery best practices.
- Proven ability to balance resources, manage priorities, and support teams in a dynamic environment.
- Experience driving process improvements and promoting cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience within healthcare, clinical research, clinical operations, or digital project environments is a strong advantage.
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
