About the Role
This role offers the opportunity to play a key role in delivering a first-class customer experience to our community of club members.
Responsibilities
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via email and live chat on help desk software, answering questions and resolving problems.
- Assist with maintenance of social media channels and reviews.
- Assist with upcoming projects for proactive outbound customer service via phone and email.
- Perform regular administrative tasks.
- Assist with outbound logistics.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience.
- Understanding of the importance of delighting the customer.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work efficiently through high-volume work.
- Passion for learning more about the drinks industry, in particular craft producers.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work well as part of a small team in a busy environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
