About the Role

DAZN is seeking a Head of Affiliates to drive the growth of its affiliate program in North America. This role offers the opportunity to build an acquisition channel at scale, working with innovative partners to generate quality traffic and subscriptions. The position requires collaboration with media teams, legal, finance, and country leads to establish affiliate marketing as a significant performance contributor. Responsibilities

Define and scale an affiliate strategy aligned with commercial targets.
Recruit and nurture new affiliate partners and optimize existing ones.
Manage budgets, commissions, and incentive plans.
Collaborate on creative asset development and ensure brand compliance.
Measure and analyze affiliate performance and report to senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with regulations, especially in the betting sector.
Lead affiliate testing and innovation roadmap.
Support integration of affiliate platforms and tracking solutions.

Requirements

Significant experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within media or gaming.
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of CPA/CPL/RevShare models.
Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills.
Proven experience leading global affiliate strategies and teams.
Data-driven mindset with experience using affiliate platforms and tracking tools.
Understanding of gambling compliance.
