About the Role
Otis is seeking a dedicated professional to perform mandatory periodic inspections of elevators and escalators. This role involves working in a collaborative environment, communicating effectively with customers, and providing technical guidance to service engineers. You will be part of a team ensuring the safety and reliability of essential urban infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Perform periodic mandatory inspections of elevators and escalators.
- Coordinate inspection schedules with customer requirements.
- Conduct inspections in pairs with maintenance staff, typically covering 3-4 units per day.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to service engineers.
- Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the inspection process.
Requirements
- Must hold a certified elevator/escalator inspector qualification (昇降機等検査員).
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Prioritize safety in all work activities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using digital tools.
- Willingness to relocate in the future.

Salary/Compensations
- 224,000 JPY - 400,000 JPY per month
- Includes incentive pay
- Annual salary determined based on experience, skills, and previous compensation
