About the Role

As the fourth member of the marketing team, you will take full ownership of Paid Media from day one, driving patient acquisition through various paid channels in a highly regulated market.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Reddit, and other channels.
• Analyze the acquisition funnel from the first touchpoint to conversion and derive data-based measures.
• Continuously test creatives, audiences, copy, and campaign setups.
• Define and track KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, and conversion rate, and make data-driven decisions.
• Hand over qualified users to CRM & Retention and collaborate closely with SEO, Product, and Strategy.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in Paid Performance Marketing.
• Understanding of tracking and a feel for good creatives.
• Experience in data-driven funnel optimization.
• Comfort in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
• Fluent German language skills.
• Experience in regulated or competitive markets is a plus, but not required.
