About the Role

IntentAI is the inference layer that turns raw behavioral and device signals into brands, topics, moments, and predictions. This role owns the gap in explaining the model's north star, raising model quality and measurement standards, and making the intelligence legible to buyers, sellers, and the team.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap and north star for IntentAI, defining model predictions, quality standards, and their compounding commercial value.
  • Harmonize the Intent Semantic Layer across device and cloud signals for a consistent view of human context.
  • Set and operationalize quality standards for models and enrichments, focusing on measurement, visibility, and improvement.
  • Own the product story of the semantic layer, explaining its differentiation, contextual relevance, and replicability.
  • Translate model and signal capabilities into trustworthy customer outputs with built-in explainability and confidence.
  • Partner with Data Science and Engineering to prioritize the model roadmap, address evaluation gaps, and integrate research into reliable products.

Requirements

  • Deep fluency across the modeling stack, including supervised learning, propensity and uplift, representation and embedding models, and modern LLM-based systems.
  • Understanding of how predictive models are trained, evaluated, and shipped.
  • Metrics-first instinct, fluent in precision, recall, lift, AUC, drift, and the economics of running models at scale.
  • Ability to explain complex intelligence simply and maintain high standards without stalling delivery.
  • Exceptional flair for data translation and storytelling, turning complex models and analytical outputs into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
