About the Role
Lucky Saint is seeking a National Account Executive to support their mission of becoming the defining alcohol-free beer brand. This role involves driving growth, visibility, and execution across national customers within the pub, bar, restaurant, and hospitality sectors. You will work closely with the National Account Lead and strategic account manager, playing a key part in supporting influential hospitality groups and contributing to the brand's expansion.
Responsibilities
- Support commercial growth by assisting with key customer plans and commercial objectives.
- Assist with customer pitch preparation, presentations, and market research.
- Conduct pricing and competitor analysis to inform commercial decisions.
- Identify opportunities to enhance distribution, visibility, and performance for national customers.
- Support sales initiatives, blitz days, and other growth-driving projects.
- Ensure exceptional execution in trade by visiting venues and verifying high standards for Lucky Saint.
- Conduct regular check-ins on draught and packaged listings, confirming agreed activations and visibility.
- Support national rollout projects and new listing launches.
- Help deliver customer events, activations, and hospitality experiences.
- Track and report on key performance indicators across national accounts.
- Develop relationships with venue teams and customer contacts within the hospitality industry.
- Support customer training sessions and sales days.
- Assist with customer gifting, sampling, and incentive programs.
- Act as a trusted and enthusiastic ambassador for the Lucky Saint brand.
- Support the planning and delivery of activation projects and national initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams for successful execution.
- Maintain accurate records, reporting, and customer information in internal systems.
- Support invoicing, supplier set-up processes, and activation tracking.
- Ensure all administration is completed accurately and on time.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a FMCG/Drinks-related business or a relevant branded FMCG business selling into the on-trade/hospitality sector.
- Experience in the hospitality/on-trade channel.
- Experience in a sales, account management, customer marketing, trade marketing, field sales, or activation role.
- Experience supporting customer relationships, activations, or commercial projects.
- Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Full UK driving license.
- Willingness to travel regularly and attend occasional customer events.
