About the Role
We are looking for an Internist (m/f/d) to join our growing team, treating patients with care and precision using state-of-the-art medical technology and specialized expertise.
Responsibilities
- Performing and evaluating modern diagnostics (e.g., sonography, endoscopy, laboratory)
- Treating internal diseases of the heart, lungs, kidneys, gastrointestinal tract, liver, and endocrine system
- Caring for chronically ill patients in close coordination with pet owners
- Participating in case discussions and interdisciplinary collaboration with surgery, cardiology, oncology, and others
- Providing professional guidance to resident veterinarians and contributing to training processes
Requirements
- Completed veterinary medicine degree, ideally with specialization/further training as a specialist veterinarian (m/f/d) in Internal Medicine (desirable)
- Several years of experience in internal medicine
- Strong diagnostic and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
