About the Role
The Data Analyst will transform complex data into actionable insights to drive business decisions. This role involves designing comprehensive dashboards, proactively identifying data quality issues, and communicating findings to diverse stakeholders using a blend of technical expertise and business acumen.
Responsibilities
- Produce advanced data analysis using SQL, Python, PowerBI, and Metabase
- Plan and develop data product features independently
- Quantify end-to-end customer journeys to increase conversion
- Analyze user behavior patterns, conversion funnels, and customer segmentation
- Define complex business problems from technical and analytical perspectives
- Translate business requirements into comprehensive BI solutions
- Build and maintain automated reporting solutions
- Develop analytical frameworks and methodologies
- Communicate and present results to stakeholders to drive action
- Create proactive business insights and actionable recommendations
- Build relationships with stakeholders across business units
- Act as a point of contact for data-related project pipelines
- Coordinate with data engineering, development, and product teams
- Govern data quality across datasets and troubleshoot complex issues
- Monitor data quality metrics and contribute to improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Economics
- Demonstrated interest in continuous learning through coursework or certifications
- 3+ years of progressive experience as a Data Analyst or similar quantitative role
