About the Role

As part of the Service Experience Design team, you will shape end-to-end service experiences for healthcare partners by designing intuitive, empathetic, and visually compelling UI/UX for digital platforms. You will manage the entire solution process from conceptualization and user testing to collaborative delivery with development teams.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, conceptualize, and refine digital design solutions with a holistic approach for service models and ecosystems.
  • Ensure effectiveness and user satisfaction across end-to-end service journeys and interface levels.
  • Apply creative solutions using design systems, prototyping, and AI tools.
  • Promote team collaboration through co-creation between design, business, and development stakeholders.
  • Communicate design rationales using storytelling to influence stakeholders and drive program goals.
  • Manage complex project constraints while maintaining design system quality and balancing objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven track record in software UI/UX design for cloud platforms and applications.
  • Experience working within complex digital ecosystems, preferably in healthcare or service domains.
  • Experience in user research and usability testing for systemic software solutions.
  • Experience co-designing with agile software development teams.
  • Ability to explain design decisions in a compelling and convincing way.
