Responsibilities
- Develop construction plans for elevators and escalators.
- Manage site progress, quality, safety, and budget.
- Attend meetings with clients and subcontractors.
- Provide on-site construction instructions and coordination.
- Conduct completion inspections and handover procedures.
Requirements
- Construction site experience in equipment, electrical, or mechanical fields.
- Experience in elevator construction is a plus.
- Smooth coordination and communication with stakeholders.
- Possession of a 1st or 2nd class construction management engineer qualification is preferred.

Salary/Compensations
- ¥2,472,000 - ¥4,800,000 (annualized monthly salary of ¥206,000 - ¥400,000)
Benefits
- Salary increases: 4.3% per month (previous year's actual)
- Bonuses: 6.39 months total (previous year's actual)
- Paid time off granted upon hiring, considering previous employer's days.
