Responsibilities

• Develop construction plans for elevators and escalators.
• Manage site progress, quality, safety, and budget.
• Attend meetings with clients and subcontractors.
• Provide on-site construction instructions and coordination.
• Conduct completion inspections and handover procedures.

Requirements

• Construction site experience in equipment, electrical, or mechanical fields.
• Experience in elevator construction is a plus.
• Smooth coordination and communication with stakeholders.
• Possession of a 1st or 2nd class construction management engineer qualification is preferred.

Salary/Compensations

• ¥2,472,000 - ¥4,800,000 (annualized monthly salary of ¥206,000 - ¥400,000)

• Bonuses: 6.39 months total (previous year's actual)
